5Very good, lives up to advertisement claims
By puargs
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RSKALXNCZM1C5 I decided to do a video review on the Kuvings juicer because I have never owned a juicer of this quality before. I wanted to test it to see if it lived up to the advertisement claims - in fact, it does! Great juice without my wife waking me up in the morning to a loud sound! Fabulous.

5Great Juicer
By Nazoah
I have been juicing a lot since receiving this juicer 3 weeks ago. I juiced apple, carrots, ginger, watermelon and even wheatgrass and beets. It was great!! This is my 2nd juicer. I originally had a Breville Juicer which is a good juicer too. Honestly, this new low-speed masticating type juicer works a lot better than the centrifugal type. Highly recommend it!

4The juicer works well, but have problems with the plastic
By Sharon Lynne
I have used this juicer every day for about the last two weeks since I received it. There are many good qualities to this juicer and just a few problems. I'll start with the positive aspects of this juicer.

First, this juicer is quiet. I can run it while people are sleeping upstairs and it does not disturb anyone. This is a major selling point as I am a night owl and am often up later than everyone else in the household.

The juicer makes wonderful juice with a dry pulp. I don't feel like it misses any juice. The pulp comes out easily and does not become clogged while operating the juicer. It does seem like a waste when I notice how much pulp comes out versus how much juice, but I understand that is the nature of juicing and it can't be helped.

The juicer is powerful enough that it handles anything I put into it easily. That being said, I do follow the recommendations of cutting fruits and veggies to an acceptable size. I've not ha d to use the "backward" function at all in two weeks because nothing has gotten stuck.

This juicer is simple to use. After just one trial juicing session, both my sister and I are comfortable using this juicer. We can easily make the juice and break the juicer down for cleaning. It is clearly labeled and easy to reassemble after cleaning. That being said, I would not wait to break this juicer down after using it to clean it. The mesh screen could become difficult to clean if it was left to sit for too long. This is probably true of all juicers. The toothbrush included with the juicer does a nice job of cleaning the screen that separates the juice and pulp. This is the longest part of clean up; the rest of the parts are easy to clean.

Now for the problems we've encountered so far. There seems to already be a wear mark around the bottom of the plastic compartment that houses the gear that masticates the juice. This is occuring after only two wee ks of use. I plan to email the company to determine if this type of wear is normal and nothing to worry about or the indicator that something is wrong with the juicer.

The pitcher that came with the juicer that catches the juice has what appears to be tiny crack marks all over it already. It also has a cloudy appearance already even though we have only juiced fruits and carrots. We have not juiced anything that could have etched the plastic. This is annoying because one of the main reasons why I bought this juicer was because it is BPA free. My sister and I decided tonight that we are going to buy a four cup measure and just use that to catch the juice. We both prefer to drink from glass, but I still feel the pitcher should not look as "cracked" as it does after only two weeks of use. We only handwash the juicer components, so it isn't as though we put the plastic through the dishwasher.

Overall, the benefits of this juicer outweigh the two probl ems that we've experienced so far. I would recommend this juicer to anyone. Just know that you are probably going to need to buy a different pitcher for the actual juice.
